Chelsea will give late fitness tests to Nicolas Anelka and Deco for the last-16 second-leg match in Turin. Anelka has a bruised toe while Deco is struggling with a hamstring tear.
Ricardo Carvalho is still not fully recovered from his hamstring problem and is unlikely to start. Michael Essien is fit after six months out with knee ligament damage. Chelsea are without Joe Cole (knee) and Paulo Ferreira (ligaments) for the rest of the season.

Rafael Benitez, the Liverpool manager, has three fitness concerns for the last-16 second leg at Anfield. Fernando Torres (ankle) has been in light training for two days, while Alvaro Arbeloa (hamstring) is also close to being involved. Yossi Benayoun, however, is almost certainly out with a hamstring injury.
Benitez will give all three every opportunity to prove their fitness for the tie, with Liverpool 1-0 up from the first leg a fortnight ago in the Bernabeu. Albert Riera is suspended after being booked in the first match.

Kolo Toure will return to the Arsenal side following a calf problem. Samir Nasri and Denilson also come back into contention after being rested for the FA Cup win over Burnley on Sunday, but Andrei Arshavin is ineligible for the European tie after his move from Zenit St Petersburg.
Eduardo and Theo Walcott could feature, but Mikael Silvestre (calf) is not yet match fit, while Emmanuel Adebayor (hamstring), Cesc Fabregas (knee) and Tomas Rosicky (hamstring tendon) continue their rehabilitation.
